The first three months allow AIMOPS to:

Put in place communication standards that reflect your business, applied in French and English
At the end of the initial three months, the client may choose whether to continue the service or not. If the service is continued, it transitions into a 12-month engagement, defined by a separate agreement outlining scope and terms.
