WEBSITE CREATION

  • AIMOPS works with several platforms depending on each client's specific needs: Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, and lean solutions (one-pagers). You don’t have to choose for yourself; we guide you toward the best option based on your industry, budget, and goals.

  • Guiding you through this choice is exactly what AIMOPS does. In short: Squarespace is best for service-based businesses wanting an elegant, easy-to-manage site. Shopify is ideal if you are selling products online. Wix offers more visual flexibility for creative needs. A one-pager is sufficient if you need a fast, targeted online presence. During our consultation, we analyze your specific needs to recommend the best option; you don’t have to compare the tools yourself.

  • There are three packages available:

    • Starter Website: Starting at $800 CAD (1 to 3 pages, ideal for a fast and professional online presence).

    • Core Business Website: Starting at $1,500 CAD (4 to 5 pages, including a blog and full SEO).

    • Advanced / Boutique Website: Starting at $2,500 CAD (Online store, integrations, complex workflows).

    A free consultation is available to help determine the right package for you.

  • All packages include: a responsive website (mobile, tablet, desktop), full SEO optimization, Google Business Profile setup, legal pages, the official site launch, and a training session so you can navigate and manage your site yourself. Higher-tier packages add features such as a blog, an online store, third-party integrations, and custom workflows.

  • No technical knowledge is required. AIMOPS handles everything: platform selection, technical setup, design, SEO, and the launch. Training is included upon delivery so you can manage your site daily on your own, without ever having to touch a single line of code.

  • Ideally, yes. No one knows your business better than you do. However, AIMOPS guides you through this process and can help you structure your content. If you require full copywriting services, this can be discussed during your consultation.

  • It depends on the package and how quickly you provide the content. Generally, a Starter site can be ready in 2 to 3 weeks, while a Core Business or Advanced / Boutique site takes between 4 and 8 weeks. The process is collaborative: you validate key stages before the official launch.

  • Every package includes 30 days of post-launch support for minor adjustments. For ongoing updates, security, and performance, flexible monthly maintenance plans are available.

  • Absolutely. Training is included upon delivery to ensure you know how to navigate your site and perform simple updates yourself. Your website belongs entirely to you.

  • Yes, basic SEO optimization is included in all packages: content structure, keywords, titles, descriptions, and Google Business Profile setup. More advanced SEO services can be discussed separately.

  • Online business presence refers to the active management of how your company appears on the web beyond your website: Google Business Profile, customer reviews, consistency of online information, and local visibility. AIMOPS manages this continuously to ensure you are searchable, credible, and well-represented, even when you don't have the time to think about it.

  • This service is designed for SMB owners who work with recurring clients and want to build loyalty while improving their online presence, but lack the time or resources to handle it themselves.

  • The Essential package (starting at $1,500 CAD/month) includes: same-day client follow-ups, management of your Google Business Profile and customer reviews, bilingual communications written in your specific brand voice, and a consistent follow-up process that ensures a uniform client experience, regardless of your current workload.

  • The Pro package (starting at $2,500 CAD/month) includes everything in the Essential plan, plus: full customer lifecycle management (from onboarding to renewal), established communication standards and escalation management, identification of recurring friction points, intervention in sensitive or high-impact situations, and regular updates to your website content.

  • Customer Success Management does not produce significant results in just a few weeks. The first three months are dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of your business, building your client follow-up system, establishing your online presence, and setting communication standards. This period creates the essential foundation required for long-term, sustainable results.

  • Yes. All communications are written and sent in your specific brand voice, in both French and English. Your clients interact with a consistent and professional representation of your brand, without necessarily knowing that an external service is involved.

  • Results vary depending on each company's unique context. AIMOPS is committed to the quality of execution. Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client response rates, the number of Google reviews obtained, follow-up consistency, and customer satisfaction can be tracked jointly. Expectations are clearly established during the initial consultation.

  • It all begins with a free 30-minute consultation call. We discuss your business, your goals, and your specific needs. Following the call, a service proposal is sent to you, outlining the recommended package details and the next steps to get started.

  • Yes. All AIMOPS services are provided remotely. Communications are conducted via video call, email, or messaging, depending on your preference. No travel is required.

  • AIMOPS is committed to responding to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. For clients with active Customer Success (CSM) services, follow-ups are conducted the same day during agreed-upon business hours.

  • Yes. A clear service agreement is established before the start of any mandate. It specifies the scope of services, deliverables, payment terms, and commitment details. You will know exactly what you are committing to.

  • Payment terms are defined in the service agreement and may vary depending on the type of mandate. Specific details are discussed during the initial consultation.
