My name is Cynthia Charles.
Founder of AIMOPS, bilingual, based in Montreal.
My relationship with entrepreneurship and technology didn't come from a textbook; it came from living it. Before AIMOPS, I ran my own online stores. First, an accessories shop on Shopify, then a meditation products boutique on Squarespace. I learned how to build an online presence from the ground up, what attracts customers, what converts, what works and what doesn't.
Alongside that, I built over 9 years of professional experience across very different environments in a tech support and success management role: the financial sector, fast-growing tech startups, and a large American IaaS enterprise. In every role, the same core mission: understand the needs, identify the problems, and find solutions that actually work.
Why AIMOPS Exists
Working with businesses of all sizes, I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant entrepreneurs with exceptional products and services, held back not by lack of ambition, but by lack of online visibility and confidence in the face of fast-moving technology.
