Behind AIMOPS, there's one person.

My name is Cynthia Charles. I'm the founder of AIMOPS, based in Montreal, fluent in both French and English.
For over 9 years, I've worked in customer success and client experience — across large corporations, fast-growing SaaS startups, and SMBs. I've managed portfolios of 600+ accounts, led strategic reviews with senior executives, built onboarding processes from scratch, and handled high-stakes escalations for national telecom companies and government agencies.
That path taught me one fundamental truth: small businesses have the exact same customer experience needs as large ones. They just don't have the resources to address them alone.
That's why AIMOPS exists.

The problem I kept seeing
